I'll Vouch For That!
Recently, Microsoft, without admitting any wrongdoing, settled a consumer class-action lawsuit alleging that the company used its monopoly position to overcharge consumers for software. Microsoft agreed to pay out as much as $1.1 billion in vouchers to be distributed to consumers allowing them to buy hardware and software products. This got us to thinking...What if other companies have to settle similar complaints by issuing vouchers?
